An epicurean duo: Gentian Shehi & Valeria Piccini

Important culinary experiences that crafted Gentian as a talented chef brought him to become the Executive Chef of the Restaurant Winter Garden by Caino in September 2018. A multi-Michelin star Chef from Maremma Valeria Piccini, together with her husband, Maurizio Menichetti, owns the two Michelin star restaurant "Da Caino" in Montemerano, Grosseto, and is known and beloved for her creative "clarity" and warm personality. A successful collaboration between two chefs taking its origin in 2013, and already in 2014 saw the Restaurant Winter Garden by Caino being awarded its first Michelin star.
